What are Technical and Support Services?
Altera Business Continuity (Downtime) Services assists clients by providing read-only access to critical patient data during scheduled or unscheduled downtimes of an organization’s EHR system.
Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) ensures critical business systems and protected data remain secure in the event of a natural, human-made or technological disaster.
This service provides core infrastructure support, from monitoring through server, virtual servers, hardware, network and authentication.
