Ottawa, ON, May 6, 2022 — N. Harris Computer Corporation (“Harris”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc. (TSX:CSU), announced that it has completed the purchase of Allscripts Healthcare Solutions’ Hospitals and Large Physician Practices business segment. The segment will now operate as Altera Digital Health, a business unit of Harris Healthcare.
