Jay Adams is a business and technology executive with 18 years of experience across sales, professional services, technical support, and customer success in healthcare IT. As Group Leader, Jay oversees a global portfolio of software businesses spanning North America, APAC, and EMEA, providing strategic and operational leadership to the Executive Vice Presidents running each business. Jay previously led Altera’s Sunrise Large Market EHR business, where he grew annual revenue, turned around the professional services division’s profitability, and drove an AI transformation initiative that delivered significant cost savings. Before that, he ran Altera’s Managed Services division, scaling it into one of the company’s largest businesses. Earlier in his career, Jay held an EVP role at Harris Affinity and rose through multiple roles over more than a decade at Picis Clinical Solutions, starting as a Technical Analyst. A U.S. Navy veteran, Jay holds a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Science in Information Technology, and is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Information Management Systems (CPHIMS).

Elliott Bryant is Group Leader for Managed Services and Ventus at Altera Digital Health, a leading provider of healthcare IT solutions.  Elliott held similar leadership roles at Allscripts and McKesson prior to the acquisition by Constellation Software.   Elliott also enjoyed a distinguished career at AT&T.

An accomplished high-energy leader with a proven ability to execute successful global business growth, organizational transformation and business transformation IT programs, John has been with Altera for more than 10 years. His special expertise in leadership, operations, supply chain design, change management, vendor contract implementation and employee engagement has enabled him to execute a consistent record of energizing and inspiring teams, and improving both profitability and service levels. A collaborative executive with excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as leadership acumen, John is drives a culture of accountability and ownership to improve employee engagement, as well as client and business outcomes.

Mark Bennett is Altera’s first Portfolio Leader, with primary responsibility for capital deployment and oversight of select operating businesses, including CareInMotion. His experience in capital deployment began after selling Mitchell & McCormick to Harris in 2015, following 33 years with the company. He subsequently served as an Executive Vice President at Harris for a decade, and he joined Altera as EVP in 2024. Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Georgia State University.

With more than 16 years in the healthcare IT space, Mark has extensive experience working with providers and hospital executives on strategic growth initiatives. He leads the Paragon business unit with oversight of R&D, product management, services, support and sales. Having traveled to more than 100 hospitals across the country, Mark is keenly aware of the community healthcare environment and the pressures that independent hospitals face. He firmly believes that enabling excellent patient care should be the central drive of healthcare technology, and that hospitals can achieve their clinical outcomes while still maintaining fiscal responsibility. Mark enjoys the opportunity in his role to constantly learn and evolve, and to utilize that growth to help advance our solutions to improve outcomes for Altera clients.

With more than 15 years of experience in healthcare technology, Shanna DeLeo brings a strong focus on people, innovation and operational discipline to her leadership of Sunrise, serving midsize hospitals and health systems globally. Shanna engages with Sunrise’s global client base, industry partners and healthcare leaders to align business and technology strategy with the needs of healthcare organizations, clinicians and their patients. Throughout her career, she has led teams through transformation and growth, with expertise in modernizing operations, strengthening accountability and building high-performing teams. Previously, as Chief Technology Officer for Sunrise, Shanna reimagined R&D operations end to end, spanning product visioning, customer engagement, release management and execution. Her leadership and focus on continuous improvement earned her Altera’s 2025 Operational Excellence Award along with recognition from Becker’s Healthcare on its 2026 list of women in health IT to know. Shanna holds a master’s degree in educational and instructional technology from the University of Central Florida.

As an experienced digital health leader with more than 20 years of experience spanning electronic health records, population health management, consumer health and data analytics throughout the healthcare industry, Kevin leads the CareInMotion team. Utilizing technology in the healthcare setting and in business development opportunities, Kevin’s expertise is in operationalizing technology and services for large, complex, Integrated Healthcare Delivery Systems. He has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Lawrence University and a Master of Business Administration from Babson College. He is married with three children and enjoys running, golfing and chasing his kids around the ski mountain.

Leading TouchWorks EHR with more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare information technology industry, John first joined Altera (formerly Allscripts Hospital and Large Physician Practice business unit) in April, 1999 as a Client Executive in the company’s New England territory. Since that time, he has assumed positions of increasing responsibility within the sales organization. John began his career at Versyss Inc. where he was responsible for selling practice management solutions to hospital-based clinics and physician-based practices. He then joined Datex-Ohmeda (now GE) where he was responsible for selling anesthesia information solutions to hospitals. John holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

A seasoned leader in the healthcare technology sector, Ben has dedicated more than ten years to fostering growth and innovation at Harris and Altera. His expertise spans financial leadership, client support and executive management, contributing to Harris’ robust expansion, including the successful acquisition and integration of numerous entities. Currently leading AI initiatives, Ben champions the adoption of AI and innovation with the purpose of enhancing patient-provider interactions and patient outcomes. Ben strives to be consistently grounded in humility and willingness to listen and learn, in deep alignment with Harris’ core values.

Sean is an accomplished enterprise technology leader with more than 25 years of experience in cybersecurity and Gov Tech customer information and billing systems. Currently, he serves as Executive Vice President for Ventus, Altera Digital Health’s integrated revenue cycle and administrative solutions portfolio. He is focused on expanding Ventus to help care organizations optimize financial performance and operational efficiency while adapting to evolving market demands. Sean joins Altera from the Harris Operating Group, most recently as SVP of Sales and Customer Success at Advanced Utility Solutions, and previously as VP of Sales and Marketing at NorthStar.

Cristina Ortenzi is SVP of Client Success Operations and Marketing at Altera Digital Health, where she combines client success, marketing strategy, and leadership development to help healthcare organizations maximize the value of their technology investments. With more than a decade of leadership experience at Harris, she is known for building trusted client partnerships, aligning customer engagement with business objectives, and developing high-performing teams. Cristina leverages strategic marketing principles, data-driven decision-making, and outcome-focused leadership to drive adoption, transformation, and long-term client success.
