TouchWorks 20.0 delivers modern, user-friendly workflows

Located in the midlands of South Carolina, Columbia Nephrology is the region’s largest nephrology practice, with five locations and more than 24 affiliations. In addition to 32,000 patient visits a year, Columbia Nephrology is an active research center focused on the latest innovations in kidney disease diagnosis and care.

Allscripts first partnered with Columbia Nephrology in 2008, and since that time the organization has become an early adopter with enhancements to Allscripts TouchWorks® EHR, including the recent TouchWorks 20.0 upgrade.

TouchWorks 20.0 delivers a number of usability enhancements, with a refreshed and modernized user interface, larger click targets, options for bigger fonts and responsive web design. Throughout, the update uses standards-based web conventions and incorporates user-centered design, focused on efficient, streamlined workflows.
